Cottage Blue Chip Dip

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) cottage cheese
1/3 cup (2 ounces) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion, grated
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Cooking Instructions

Beat cottage cheese on high speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve chilled, with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or crackers.
